Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data ROUTED (operated by Third Culture, “we”) collects, why, and your choices. It covers the ROUTED platform at getrouted.co. We aim to collect the minimum needed to run a booking platform for electronic music.

What we collect

• Account data: your email, name, role (promoter / agency / artist / tour manager), and the organisation/team you belong to.
• Booking data: offers, counters, holds, deal memos, gig schedules, fees and payment terms you enter.
• Messages & files: chat messages and any documents you upload to a booking thread (e.g. riders, contracts, invoices). Do not upload government ID documents during beta.
• Contacts you add: agencies may record business contact details of deal counterparties (e.g. a promoter’s name and work email on a gig they log). These are visible only to the agency that entered them and to ROUTED, and are used to run that agency’s bookings and — where an agency asks us to — to extend that contact an invitation to ROUTED. If your details were added this way, email us to have them corrected or removed.
• Usage data: basic logs and product analytics (pages used, actions taken) to operate and improve the service.

How we use it

• To provide the platform — discovery, offers, holds, deal memos, gig cards and messaging.
• To send transactional emails (sign-in codes, and notifications about offers and bookings you’re party to).
• To keep the network safe (invite-only review, abuse prevention) and to improve the product.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not move or hold money: ROUTED is a coordination tool, and any settlement happens directly between the parties.

Who we share it with (subprocessors)

We use a small set of trusted providers to run ROUTED, under data-processing terms:

• Supabase — database, authentication and file storage.
• Vercel — application hosting.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Anthropic — AI text processing for the optional “Routed AI” features (parsing tour sheets, gig details and press kits you paste). Pasted text is processed to return structured results; API inputs are not used to train models, and ROUTED does not store your pastes.

Counterparties on a booking see the data necessary to do the deal. Role-level access controls mean, for example, a promoter never sees an agency’s commission or an artist’s private fields.

Storage & retention

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest by our providers. Uploaded files live in a private store and are accessible only to the parties of that booking. We retain data while your account is active; you can request deletion at any time (below).

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can withdraw from the beta. Email hello@getrouted.co and we’ll action it. Depending on where you live, you may have rights under Singapore’s PDPA or the EU/UK GDPR; this policy is intended to support those rights.

International transfers

ROUTED operates across Southeast Asia, Europe and the Middle East, so your data may be processed outside your country, with appropriate safeguards via our providers’ data-processing terms.
