Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ROUTED (operated by Third Culture, “we”), the booking platform for electronic music at getrouted.co. By applying for or using the beta, you agree to them.

1. What ROUTED is

ROUTED is a coordination and management tool for booking touring artists — discovery, structured offers, holds, deal memos, gig cards and messaging. ROUTED is not a party to any booking, does not hold or move money, and does not provide legal, financial or tax advice. Any agreement and any payment are strictly between the booking parties.

2. Invite-only beta

Access is by approval and may be limited, changed or revoked at our discretion. The service is provided during beta on an “as is” basis and may have downtime, bugs or changes. It’s free during beta; we’ll give notice before any paid plans apply, and payment features will be opt-in.

3. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
• Have the right to list any artist, offer or document you put on the platform.
• Honour the holds and bookings you make; deal directly and in good faith with your counterparties.
• Don’t upload unlawful content or anyone’s sensitive personal data without a lawful basis (and, during beta, don’t upload government ID documents).
• Don’t misuse the platform — no scraping, abuse, circumvention of access controls, or harassment of other members.

4. Content & conduct

You keep ownership of what you upload; you grant us the limited licence needed to operate the service (e.g. to store and display your content to the parties of a booking). We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these terms or harm the network.

5. Bookings & payments

Confirmations and deal memos generated by ROUTED record what the parties entered; they are a convenience, not a substitute for your own contracts. ROUTED never holds funds. When optional settlement launches, separate terms and a clearly-disclosed fee will apply, and it will remain opt-in.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ROUTED is provided without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for disputes, non-performance or losses arising between booking parties. Nothing limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

7. Changes & termination

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified. You can stop using ROUTED at any time and request deletion of your data (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or end access for breach or to protect the network.
